Rick Michalak

Rich Michalak has been with CDI since 1997.  He currently serves as Chief Environmental Estimator, where he can apply his years of field experience to comprehensively and accurately evaluating new projects.  During his career at CDI, Rick gained in depth knowledge of equipment capability and continues to serve as an ongoing resource for CDI’s internal mechanic team.  Additionally, Rick has personally overseen and worked on projects from North Dakota to New Mexico.  His experience includes reclamation, stormwater and light civil.  He lives on the front range of Colorado.  

Jamie Salisbury

Jamie Salisbury has over 10 years of experience in the civil construction, reclamation and erosion control industry.  Jamie currently serves as CDI's Northern Colorado Branch Manager. He is specialized in field operations with extensive knowledge of equipment, materials, and methodologies for a wide range of applications.  Jamie has successfully managed over 500 projects throughout the western United States, including sites in Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, California, New Mexico and Utah.  His project scopes have included pipelines, oil & gas, highway DOT, rail road, airport, wetland construction, mining, military, drainage, municipal, and private industry.

Jamie lives in northern Colorado with his family, where he enjoys hunting and golfing.

Mike Slover

Mike Slover has been with CDI since 2009, in the capacity of commercial landscape/irrigation/site work division manager.  He brings 35 years of landscape construction experience.  Over the years his project experience has included many high profile and high quality landscape projects ranging in size from $5000 to $5 million.
