Rick Michalak

Rich Michalak has been with CDI since 1997.  His duties include Chief Environmental Estimator, where he can apply his years of field experience to comprehensively and accurately evaluating new projects.  During his career at CDI, Rick has gained-in depth knowledge of equipment capability and continues to serve as an ongoing resource for CDI’s internal mechanic team.  Additionally, Rick has personally overseen and worked on projects from North Dakota to New Mexico.  He currently serves as North Dakota Operations manager.  His experience includes lining projects, reclamation, stormwater and light civil.
